Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of the Microschool Launch Studio operational platform at app.microschooldesign.com. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

The platform is a private workspace for the Studio’s clients and their invited collaborators. Accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials.

Access to information inside an engagement is governed by role. School owners can see and manage their engagement; collaborators see only what their permission level allows; and the Studio administers the platform. You agree to use the access you are granted only for the purpose of your engagement.

Service scope and fees are set out in your engagement agreement with the Studio. The platform reflects the status of that work but is not itself the agreement. Where the platform shows pricing or milestone amounts, those figures are drawn from your engagement and do not, on their own, create a new obligation.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant the Studio permission to use that material as needed to deliver your engagement. You are responsible for having the right to share any material you upload and for not uploading anything unlawful.

Do not attempt to access data belonging to other clients, probe the platform’s security, or interfere with its operation. The Studio may suspend access that threatens the platform or other clients.

The Studio may update these terms as the platform evolves and will reflect the current version here. Access ends when your engagement ends or an invitation is revoked. The professional disclaimer applies to all work delivered through the platform.
