What this policy covers
This policy explains how the Microschool Launch Studio operational platform handles the information of clients and their invited collaborators. The Studio’s public marketing site, microschooldesign.com, is separate and may have its own notices.
Information we hold
We hold the account information you provide (name, email, phone, role, and profile details), the engagement information created during your work with the Studio (intake responses, checklist status, tasks, milestones, comments, and meetings), and the files you upload. We also keep an activity log of key actions to help the Studio administer your engagement.
How we use it
Information is used to deliver your engagement, to communicate with you, and to operate and secure the platform. We do not sell your information. Access is restricted by role through row-level security, so clients and collaborators see only the information tied to their engagement.
Where it lives
The platform runs on Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on the Studio’s behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Files are stored in access-controlled buckets and are not public unless a document is explicitly published to you.
Children’s information
The platform is a workspace for adult founders and their collaborators. Please avoid uploading personally identifiable information about individual students. If a deliverable requires student-level detail, the Studio will discuss the appropriate safeguards with you first.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile at any time from your settings page. To request a copy of your engagement data or its deletion after your engagement ends, contact the Studio. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Contact
For any privacy question, reach out to the Studio through your engagement workspace or the contact details provided in your agreement.
