Microschool Launch Studio provides consulting and design services to founders who are planning, launching, or improving microschools and small learning environments. The work is founder-led: Dr. Johnathan G. Harris and the Studio use software, including AI tools, to accelerate the work under expert human judgment. AI does not build the school. Every recommendation, score, and deliverable is prepared or reviewed by a qualified professional.

Materials produced through the Studio, including audits, checklists, buildout deliverables, and Design Lab work, are educational and operational in nature. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or accreditation advice. Requirements for operating a school vary by state and locality. You are responsible for confirming your obligations with licensed attorneys, accountants, and the relevant regulatory or accreditation bodies before you rely on any recommendation.

A microschool’s success depends on many factors outside the Studio’s control, including enrollment, staffing, funding, and local demand. The Studio does not guarantee enrollment numbers, licensing approval, financial results, or any specific launch outcome. Readiness scores and recommendations reflect professional judgment at a point in time and should be revisited as your circumstances change.

You retain full responsibility for the decisions you make for your school and its students. The Studio’s role is to help you build faster, cleaner, and more professionally, not to assume the legal or operational responsibilities of the school owner. Where a matter calls for professional review beyond the Studio’s scope, we will say so and recommend that you seek the appropriate licensed professional.
